Complimentary Treatments
Each modality carefully selected to compliment your journey to a healthy body.
Massage / Neuromuscular Therapy

Sometimes the body needs a hands-on approach. Our therapeutic massage and neuromuscular therapy target tight, overworked muscles and the trigger points behind chronic and acute pain — relieving tension, improving circulation, and restoring healthy movement.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, or simply carrying stress in your body, this focused bodywork helps you feel looser, lighter, and more at ease. Paired with acupuncture, it's a powerful way to speed recovery and make your relief last longer.
NADA Nights

NADA is a gentle ear acupuncture treatment that's been used around the world for over forty years. Five tiny needles are placed in each ear at points chosen to help the body settle down. Then you simply rest. No undressing, no needles anywhere but the ears, nothing asked of you except to sit back in a comfortable chair and be quiet for a while.
Sessions happen in a group, and that's part of what makes them work. There's something about a room full of people resting together that's hard to find anywhere else. Most guests notice they sleep better that night. Many come back because it takes the edge off stress in a way that lasts a few days. Others use it as support for quitting smoking or as part of their recovery journey.

Each session runs about 30 to 45 minutes. Wear whatever you're comfortable in. Come alone or bring a friend.

Ionic Foot Detox

Thirty quiet minutes with your feet in warm water while a gentle ionic current runs through the bath.
Patients describe it as deeply relaxing — some say it's the most unwound they feel all week. It pairs well with acupuncture or massage, either before your session to settle in or after to extend the calm, and it's an easy first visit for anyone who wants to try the clinic without needles. Come as you are; all you have to do is sit back.
